VSPC – ConnectWise Integration Data Sync

Problem

Data synchronization is not working or needs to be done manually.

Solution

Data synchronization happens automatically at the default interval. To synchronize data outside the scheduled interval follow the steps below for ConnectWise Manage (CWM) or ConnectWise Automate (CWA).

ConnectWise Manage (CWM) Manual Data Synchronization

  1. Log in to Veeam Service Provider Console.
  2. At the top right corner of the Veeam Service Provider Console window, click Configuration.
  3. In the configuration menu on the left, click Plugin Library.
  4. Click the ConnectWise Manage plugin tile.
  5. In the menu on the left, click the section for which you want to refresh data: Companies, Ticketing, Billing (Agreements tab).
  6. At the top of the page, click Refresh Data.

 


ConnectWise Automate (CWA) Manual Data Synchronization

The CWA integration can have data manually synchronzied from either VSPC or CWA.

VSPC Manual Data Synchronization
  1. Log in to ConnectWise Automate Control Center.
  2. In the lower left corner, click System Configuration Dashboard.
  3. Navigate to the Config > Integration > Veeam Service Provider Console tab.
  4. At the top of the page, click Sync Now.

 

CWA Manual Data Synchronization
  1. Log in to ConnectWise Automate Control Center.
  2. In the menu on the left, click Browse.
  3. On the Clients tab, expand Clients and double-click the name of a company or location integrated with Veeam Service Provider Console.
  4. In the pop-up window, navigate to the Veeam Service Provider Console tab.
  5. At the top of the page, click Sync Now.
