To access Green Cloud’s Veeam Service Provider Console, navigate to the URL from your provisioning email, and enter the credentials provided by Green Cloud.
The Username should be in the format “[company]\[user]”. After logging in, the user can view their User Profile by clicking the username in the upper right-hand corner.
From this screen, the user can edit User information as well as Login information (shown below).
To apply any User Profile changes, select Finish.
