DaaS Blank Screen

Problem Description

RDP shows a blank screen then disconnects. Event ID 9009 is logged in the DaaS Windows Event log.

 

Solution/Workaround

  • Use the Horizon Client and the PCIOP protocol.
  • If you prefer RDP, to work around this issue, reboot the desktop experiencing the issue. You can reboot the desktop through the admin portal or by logging in using the Horizon Client.
