Green Cloud Technologies, LLC (“Green Cloud” or “we” or “our” or “us”) is committed to the protection of the privacy of our customers and website visitors. We have established this Privacy Policy as a means of disclosing to you how we collect, utilize, distribute and protect your personal information. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, “customer” shall mean any past, current or prospective customer of Green Cloud, including any visitor to the Green Cloud website. This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Green Cloud collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from its customers. By visiting our website or otherwise providing Green Cloud with your personal information by any means, you accept and consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. EU-U.S. Privacy Shield and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield

Green Cloud Technologies, LLC participates in and has certified its compliance with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework. We are committed to subjecting all personal data received from European Union (EU) member countries and Switzerland, respectively, in reliance on each Privacy Shield Framework, to the Framework’s applicable Principles. Information We Collect

Green Cloud may collect personally identifiable information from customers in a variety of ways, including online and offline subscription and order forms, paper or telephone submissions, and other instances where customers are invited to volunteer such information. Additionally, contact information may be collected during any correspondence relating to support, as well as in connection with Green Cloud services. Green Cloud may collect such information as contact name, business name and type, address, phone number, email address, as well as other information.


Log Files

As is true of most web sites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information may include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and/or clickstream data. We do not link this automatically-collected data to other information we collect about you.

Green Cloud and its partners use cookies or similar technologies to analyze trends, administer the website, track users’ movements around the website, and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. To protect customer privacy and security, Green Cloud reserves the right to take reasonable steps to verify customer identity prior to granting access or processing changes or corrections. Any requests for access to personal information will be answered within thirty (30) days.

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services.
Please contact us if you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information to
provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal
obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Green Cloud acknowledges that you have the right to access your personal information.

Green Cloud has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. An individual
who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct his query to the
Green Cloud’s Client (the data controller). If requested to remove data we will respond within a reasonable timeframe. We will retain personal data we process on behalf of our Clients for as long as needed to provide services to our Client. Green Cloud will retain this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Green Cloud collects information under the direction of its Clients, and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. If you are a customer of one of our Clients and would no longer like to be contacted by one of our Clients that use our service, please contact the Client that you interact with directly. We may transfer personal information to companies that help us provide our service. Transfers to subsequent third parties are covered by the service agreements with our Clients.


How Information is Used

Green Cloud may contact customers regarding products and services offered by Green Cloud and its trusted affiliates, business partners, and independent contractors. We will share your personal information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may also use information collected through the Green Cloud website for research regarding the effectiveness of the Green Cloud website and related marketing, advertising and sales efforts. Information will only be made publicly available where mandated by governing agencies, in response to subpoenas or court orders, or as disclosed in the terms and conditions of our agreements with customers.


Electronic Mail

Electronic communications may be sent by Green Cloud using customers’ personal contact information to inform them of new products, important industry news or general services and upgrades provided by Green Cloud. If customers do not wish to receive these industry notices, they may at any time opt-out of our marketing by clicking the Unsubscribe link located at the bottom of all marketing and customer notices. However, in order to meet our service agreements, Green Cloud will continue to send emails regarding customers’ account administration or maintenance notifications.



Information collected from customers may be disclosed to independent contractors and business partners who have agreed to hold this information in confidence, not use it for any purpose except to carry out the service they are providing for Green Cloud, and honor our privacy and security policies in the way this information is handled. Green Cloud may also disclose aggregate, anonymous data based on information collected from customers to actual or prospective investors and partners. Should a sale of Green Cloud’s business ever occur, collected customer information may be transferred along with the sale but the information will be treated in the same manner as set forth in this Privacy Policy. We may also disclose your personal information as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or other legal process, when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.


Children’s Privacy

In accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we never collect or maintain information on our website from those we actually know are under the age of 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.
