Greenville, SC – May 2, 2018 – Green Cloud Technologies, a cloud technology solutions provider, opened a new, world-class data center in Minneapolis, MN to meet the technology and data storage needs of their growing partner network. The Minneapolis facility will be Green Cloud’s sixth data center as the company operates data centers in Atlanta, GA, Greenville, SC, Houston, TX, Nashville, TN and Phoenix, AZ.

Since 2011, Green Cloud has provided turn-key, cloud-based virtual servers, backup and disaster recovery to its growing network of Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and Value-Added Resellers (VARs). Green Cloud Adds Two New Product Managers, Strengthens and Expands Vendor Support

GREENVILLE, SC (May 3, 2018) – Green Cloud Technologies (“Green Cloud”), a cloud technology solutions provider, added John McBride and Frank Shepherd as new Product Managers to oversee the company’s product lines and collaborate with vendors such as Datto, ConnectWise, Veeam, VMware, Cisco, and Tintri on product development. McBride and Shepherd will play an integral  role in developing and implementing solutions to meet clients’ needs and will oversee Green Cloud’s product roadmap, pricing, competitive research, engineering interaction and partner communications.

With a background in IT sales and a passion for achieving world class solutions for clients, McBride will help Green Cloud drive business outcomes and grow their customer base. Prior to joining Green Cloud, McBride worked as a Senior Account Manager at CCI Systems and spent 10 years at Cisco Systems working as an Optical Products Sales Specialist and Systems Engineer.

Shepherd has a strong background as a certified infrastructure engineer and cloud services architect for firms such as Peak 10, SunGard, and Insight Global. Prior to joining Green Cloud, he was a Principal Systems Engineer for Tintri.

Green Cloud Announces Record Growth and Names Co-Founder Keith Coker as New CEO

New Certifications Recognizes Green Cloud’s Commitment to the Highest 

Security Standards and Compliance Levels

GREENVILLE, SC (July 25, 2017) – Green Cloud Technologies (“Green Cloud”), a 100% channel only, Cisco-Powered cloud provider, today announced it renewed ISO 27001, Cloud Security Alliance STAR, and Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard (DSS) Level 1 certifications.

ISO 27001 is a global security standard for an Information Security Management System (ISMS), and Green Cloud’s certification validates the company has a systematic and ongoing approach to manage sensitive company and customer information. Furthermore, ISO 27001 certification ensures that Green Cloud’s information security management practices are effective and not merely compliant.

Green Cloud also recently renewed their CSA STAR certification, a rigorous third-party independent assessment, and the industry’s most powerful program for security assurance in the cloud that encompasses key principals of transparency, rigorous auditing and harmonization of standards.
