Channel partners can quickly and easily create quotes for Green Cloud’s extensive portfolio, which includes virtual servers, backup, and disaster recovery solutions built on industry-leading platforms such as Cisco, VMware and Tintri.

During the first quarter of 2018, Green Cloud also expects to offer its planned ConnectWise® integration so channel partners will be able to provision products starting with Green Cloud’s Backup-as-a-Service (BaaS), powered with the Veeam Cloud Connect platform, within the ConnectWise platform.

New Certifications Recognizes Green Cloud’s Commitment to the Highest 

Security Standards and Compliance Levels

ISO 27001 is a global security standard for an Information Security Management System (ISMS), and Green Cloud’s certification validates the company has a systematic and ongoing approach to manage sensitive company and customer information. Furthermore, ISO 27001 certification ensures that Green Cloud’s information security management practices are effective and not merely compliant.

Green Cloud also recently renewed their CSA STAR certification, a rigorous third-party independent assessment, and the industry’s most powerful program for security assurance in the cloud that encompasses key principals of transparency, rigorous auditing and harmonization of standards. Acquisition Boosts Green Cloud’s Capacity and Enhances Security and Compliance 

 for the Cisco-Powered Cloud Provider

GREENVILLE, SC (Feb 1, 2017) – Green Cloud Technologies (“Green Cloud”), a 100% channel only, Cisco-Powered cloud provider, has closed on the acquisition of Atlanta-based Cirrity, a channel-only cloud solutions provider. Debt and equity financing was provided by Green Cloud’s existing investors, and the transaction is immediately accretive for the Greenville, SC-based company, giving their entire partner network more capacity, security and redundancy for cloud solutions.

Green Cloud provides custom wholesale and white label cloud solutions to a network of 400 reseller partners, and the acquisition expands Green Cloud’s capacity and data center presence, particularly on the west coast, while adding core expertise around security and compliance services.

In addition to the expanded security and compliance portfolio, Green Cloud partners will directly benefit from the addition of Cirrity’s data centers in Atlanta, GA and Phoenix, AZ, which meet top industry security standards and certifications, including PCI and ISO 27001.
