Cannot Connect to a DaaS Desktop via the Admin Portal

Issue Description

May also occur when partners attempt to connect to desktops using their RMM tools (VNC, Screen Connect, etc.). When attempting to connect to a user’s desktop with domain credentials, you receive the following error message:

Direction connection to your virtual desktop is not allowed. Please contact your administrator.

This message appears when trying to connect via the RDP link provided in the admin portal and/or when trying to connect via your RMM tools remote access tool (VNC, Screen Connect, etc.). This message does not appear if you use local credentials.
